Tegan and Stuart’s Wedding Day

What an amazing Wedding day it was in one of the worlds most beautiful cities! Congratulations to Tegan and Stuart from Perth WA! Your choice of Observatory Hill Park for your outdoor ceremony was a beauty with the sweeping backdrop of the Sydney harbour bridge and lovely old fig trees. I know we did a lot of walking afterwards through parts of The Rocks and under Sydney Harbour bridge around to Circular Quay but it was all worth it for the diversity of iconic Sydney locations around the beautiful harbour. It doesn’t get much better than your choice of a Sydney Wedding reception at The Quay Restaurant which was simply stunning with breath taking views of Sydney Harbour bridge and the Sydney Opera House.The March weather even behaved itself on the day! You were a really wonderful couple to photograph and I felt so honoured to capture your special day in this great city of Sydney.

Congratulations to Angela and Esene! What an awesome day it was in Newcastle. The weather behaved itself despite earlier showers which made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony in historic Civic park in central Newcastle. Off we went to beautiful Nobbys beach and the vibrant Honeysuckle precinct for some fun location shoots followed by the reception in Newcastle’s historic and beautiful City Hall. What a treat it was to be entertained by the Cook Island dancers! I totally loved working with you both! You have such warmth and sincerity about you along with your families and your twins are the cutest! The bridal party were amazing and lots of fun to work with! Congratulations to Lisa and Dane! You were such an easy going and genuine couple to photograph along with your cute as a button little boy – Cooper. The weather gave us beautiful soft light to work with and the Saratoga property for your reception was so beautiful! I loved their amazing gardens and the huge old fig tree. We had just enough light to also capture some images at the striking skill ion at Terrigal beach NSW followed by a wonderful reception venue at the Crown Plaza Hotel, Terrigal. For his age, Cooper was amazing and obviously didn’t want to miss anything! No time for sleep Ha Thank you so much for the privilege of photographing your big day.

Your ceremony location at Greenway chapel at Green Point was such a beautiful setting together with all the extensive garden areas! I know those high heels had a workout but we certainly captured some fantastic memories. When I think of your reception, I think of Dancing with a capital D. The guests were all so into the dance moves. All-round amazing day!

Zoe and Sam……what can I say, you guys are a special couple and from a personal perspective knowing your family makes it all very special for me. I love to jump on a plane and shoot interstate weddings and your Gold Coast hinterland location blew me away for the beauty of the rainforest and surroundings! The light rain on the day bought the whole rainforest to life and pulling out the umbrellas always gives a great look to some of the images. So much fun and thats what I wanted to bring out in many of your images, your choice of wedding reception at Southport yacht club was amazing and the boat arrival really topped it!
